The principal officer of Chandler Associates is Jacquelynne M. Lapitsky, CFRM, who brings over thirty years of volunteer and professional experience to the non-profit planning and development. Ms. Lapitsky serves as consultant to educational, health and human services, cultural, religious, environmental, service-orientated, emergency services and community groups.
Ms. Lapitsky also brings practical experience to her profession as a member of the Boards of many community organizations. Past affiliations include The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Central Pennsylvania, The Harrisburg Academy, Theatre Harrisburg, The Friends of the State Museum, the Lemoyne Planning Commission and the Schuylkill Valley Regional Dance Company in addition to numerous committee assignments. She also led a record breaking Annual Appeal for the alumni parents of the Hill School.
She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, did graduate work at Gannon College and has earned a certification in fund raising management (CFRM) from University of Pennsylvania.
She has completed course work at The Institute for Charitable Giving. Ms. Lapitsky is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, (AFP) and The Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Organizations (PANO).
William Lapitsky joined his wife as an associate in 2003 after his retirement from a career in business, sales and training. He is using these talents in market research and cultivation for the clients of Chandler Associates. Mr. Lapitsky also brings a wealth of volunteer experience, having served on the boards of the Community General Hospital, St. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral and the Christian Business Men's Connection (CBMC).
He is a Graduate of the College of Business Administration of The Pennsylvania State University and has taken graduate courses at Penn State Harrisburg.
