Feasibility Study
A feasibility study can be a powerful planning tool for a nonprofit organization. Chandler Associates' studies include 50 personal interviews with targeted people in the organization's community. Questions include assessments of the knowledge about the organization, attitudes about the nonprofit, and levels of current or potential future support. These studies are normally used to assess the readiness of an organization for a capital campaign. The completed report would include:
Recommendations - Firm action steps the organization should take for their
future projects and any suggestions for improving service and delivery that are uncovered.
Survey Process - An explanation of the process used to conduct the study.
Analysis - A question-by-question summary of the responses and analysis of those responses.
Interview Lists - List of those people (with addresses and phone numbers)participating
in the survey, and reasons.
Raw Data - Every response documented by the interviewer will be shared with the organization,
question by question, and respecting the confidentiality of those interviewed.
Appendix - a copy of the survey questionnaires and any materials, such as building plans,
shared with those interviewed.

Organizations typically consider a capital campaign to be a daunting task. Chandler Associates can take the mystery and guess work out of the equation by presenting an organized and proven system to raise funds. As campaign consultants Chandler Associates will provide:

necessary for the campaign and for follow-up.

Success - Conclude a successful capital campaign
